- actions of third parties;
- force majeure circumstances.

9. Amendment of the Offer Terms
The Contractor has the right to amend this offer at any time. The new version comes into effect from the moment of its publication on the website, unless otherwise provided by the version itself.
10. Dispute Resolution
The Parties strive to resolve all arising disagreements through negotiations. If it is impossible to reach an agreement, the dispute shall be considered in accordance with the procedure established by applicable law.
11. Final Provisions
If any provision of this offer is found to be invalid, it does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
Continued use of the website signifies the User's agreement with the current version of this public offer.
